1. Assumption of Risk

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to:

Physical injury, illness, or property damage.

Accidents caused by terrain, equipment, weather, or other participants.

Pre-existing medical conditions aggravated by physical activity.

2. Waiver of Liability

auauX and its staff, contractors, or partners will not be held responsible for:

Injuries, losses, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event.

Acts or omissions of third-party vendors (e.g., venues, equipment providers).

Emotional distress or indirect consequences of participation.

3. Participant Responsibility

Attendees agree to:

Assess their own fitness level and consult a physician before joining physically demanding events.

Follow all safety instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by staff.

Supervise minors or dependents under their care at all times.

4. No Medical Supervision

auauX does not provide medical personnel or emergency services at events. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

5. Release of Claims

By registering, participants waive the right to pursue legal action against auauX, its employees, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

6. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless auauX against claims, lawsuits, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from their actions or negligence during the event.

7. Acknowledgment of Hazards

Fitness events may involve inherent risks such as:

Tripping, falling, collisions, or equipment malfunctions.

Exposure to extreme weather, uneven surfaces, or outdoor elements.

Overexertion, dehydration, or muscle strain.

8. Voluntary Participation

Participation is entirely voluntary. Attendees may withdraw at any time if they feel unsafe, but refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined in our terms.

9. Media & Personal Property

auauX is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Unauthorized use of event photos/videos by third parties.

How to Enforce These Terms

Digital Waiver: Require participants to check a box (e.g., “I agree to the Terms & Liability Waiver”) during online registration.
